Western Kentucky settled at 30–27 overall and 14–16 in Conference USA play after a standout 46–14 campaign in 2025. Marc Rardin, head coach since 2022, still guided the Bowling Green, Kentucky, NCAA Division I Hilltoppers into the CUSA Tournament—opening with a win over Middle Tennessee before a one-run exit to Jacksonville State—and has now posted at least 30 wins in each of his four seasons. Families recruiting into a 41-player 2027 roster should treat another 30-win floor as the program’s near-term standard.
