In its first Conference USA season, Missouri State went 34–21 overall and 20–10 (third), earning an at-large bid to the NCAA Lawrence Regional before losses to Arkansas and Northeastern. Families weighing a 27-player 2027 roster should treat CUSA contention and NCAA regional baseball as the established bar.
