Richmond matched last year’s win total at 33–24 overall while jumping to 20–10 in Atlantic 10 play and a third-place conference finish. Mik Aoki heads the Richmond, Virginia, NCAA Division I Spiders, whose improved league mark highlighted a clearer path toward A-10 contention. Public coverage also noted a high tournament seed; Baseball Forward’s ledger does not mark a postseason berth. Families weighing a 49-player 2027 roster should plan around substantial pitching and position-player attrition among listed openings.
