NJCAA DI Baseball Program

Snead State Community College Baseball - AL

Snead State Community College baseball competes at the NJCAA DI level in Alabama Community College Conference and is based in Boaz, AL. Campus enrollment is about 1,427 students. Recent baseball results include 2026: 29-26. Listed coaches include Andrew Porch, Casey Underwood, Evan Miller, and Gerry Ledbetter.

A rebound spring left Snead State 29–26 overall and 19–17 in ACCC play, finishing fifth after a 21–32 mark in 2025 and earning the No. 5 seed in the Region 22 tournament. Casey Underwood heads the Boaz, Alabama, NJCAA DI Parsons, who opened the ACCC Tournament with a 19–16 win before exiting later in the bracket. Offense was plentiful, but finishing series against the top of the league remains the next bar. Families recruiting into a 42-player 2027 roster should treat another top-six ACCC finish and tournament appearance as the near-term expectation.
