Muskegon climbed to 21–25 overall and 17–8 in MCCAA play, finishing third after a 14–30 spring a year earlier and continuing a clear conference rebound from 9–28 in 2024. Brian Houts heads the Muskegon, Michigan, NJCAA DII Jayhawks. Non-conference losses kept the overall mark under .500 despite a strong Northern Conference ledger. Families recruiting into a 33-player 2027 roster should treat another top-three MCCAA finish as the near-term bar.
