Lane Dickerson, an MMI alum in his first season as head coach, heads the Marion, Alabama, NJCAA DI staff. With no postseason appearance, the immediate story is stabilizing a young roster in a deep ACCC. Families weighing a 13-player 2027 roster should look for early conference series wins before projecting regional baseball.
