NCAA DII Baseball Program

Biola University Baseball - CA

Biola University baseball competes at the NCAA DII level in Pacific West Conference and is based in La Mirada, CA. Campus enrollment is about 3,474 students. The published acceptance rate is 74%. Recent baseball results include 2026: 26-26. Listed coaches include Jesse Rodgers, Josh Frye, Zachary Thomas, Connor Tallakson, and Gabriel Magallan.

Right at .500 for two PacWest seasons (26–26 / 22–22 in 2026; 26–27 / 23–21 in 2025), Biola still returned to the PacWest Tournament and collected major conference awards — including PacWest Player of the Year — without separating in the standings. Jesse Rodgers is the head coach. Into 2027, recruiting is about turning that even floor and individual talent into a clearer tournament run. Families will see a DII West Coast program with award-level talent already on campus.
