NCAA DII Baseball Program

Anderson University Baseball - SC

Anderson University baseball competes at the NCAA DII level in South Atlantic Conference and is based in Anderson, SC. Campus enrollment is about 3,183 students. The published acceptance rate is 55%. Recent baseball results include 2026: 25-25. Listed coaches include P.J. Zocchi, Will Cheatham, Cliff Allred, and Patrick Frick.

Two straight DII springs almost exactly at .500 (25–25, 24–25) while SAC conference records stayed underwater (11–22 and 11–19) define Anderson’s recent Trojans identity. That split — competitive overall, chasing the league pack — is the through-line. Into 2027, recruiting should target difference-makers who can flip SAC weekends rather than just pad non-conference totals. Families will see a South Atlantic program with room to climb inside a tough conference.
